Effective Date: 1st January 2025

1. Service Agreement

Prince Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (PTS) provides custom web development, digital services, and related consultancy. The execution of a project begins only after a clear scope of work is mutually agreed upon and the initial booking amount is paid.

2. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in content submission may result in delays in the final delivery date.

3. Payments & Fees

All website packages require an upfront booking amount (usually 30-50% of the total fee) which is non-refundable once design/development work has commenced. The final payment is due upon project completion and before the website is uploaded to the client’s final hosting environment.

• Domain & Hosting fees are separate from service fees.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay/UPI.

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

The client retains copyright to all content and intellectual property provided to PTS. PTS retains the right to use the completed website in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad, Bihar.
