Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Website Development Services

Since website development involves manual coding and effort, refunds are processed based on the work stage:

• Advance Payment (Booking): Non-refundable if the project has started.
• Full Payment: If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and no work has begun, a full refund (minus gateway charges) may be issued.
• Once the website is live/delivered, no refunds are possible.

2. Domain & Hosting

Domains are registered instantly in your name and cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.

Hosting services follow the refund policy of the respective server provider (if applicable).

3. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
